Problem
How do you take a large-scale institutional message like "A different future is possible" and make it feel personal and empowering for thousands of employees? The challenge was to adapt Montepio’s nationwide brand positioning for their annual internal event, transforming a corporate promise into an individual commitment. We needed to create a visual language that felt spectacular and "premium" enough for a major event, while maintaining a clear, emotional connection to the brand’s core values of protection, community, and culture.
We shifted the narrative from a general possibility to individual action with the headline: "A different future starts with you" (Um futuro diferente passa por si). Instead of strictly following the standard corporate layouts, we developed a more dynamic and human-centric visual system. By utilizing a modular grid of vibrant colors and portraits of real collaborators, we placed the people at the heart of the brand.
